To renew your Activation Key please e-mail activation@nyaip.net, please provide us with the broker's name as it appears in the NYAIP software and a reply address.
To update the NYAIP Software with a new Activation Code follow these steps:

Click the Agency Profile button from the Main Menu |
| 2. |
Click the Activation Key button from the Agency Profile screen |
| 3. |
Type in the new Activation Key in the appropriate field |
| 4. |
Click OK |
